Job Summary
Oversee glass installation laborers and ensure safe, efficient daily operations on site. Manage team schedules, coordinate material deliveries, and enforce safety protocols during installations. Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards and address immediate labor concerns. This role requires documented prior experience in glass installation and is available for full-time, on-site coverage. The Supervisor/Foreperson will report directly to leadership to support our industry-leading glass manufacturing operations.
