Job Summary
Supervise a team of supervisors and individual contributors to oversee sales processing and order fulfillment, ensuring timely execution of activities from quote creation and pricing to billing and invoice production. Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for the assigned unit while coordinating with internal and external partners to meet product quality and timeline expectations. Proactively identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities, providing people-care management including hiring, performance planning, and coaching for team members. Work hybrid with an average of two days per week at the HPE office.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent secondary education certification
- First level university degree or equivalent experience
- 10 - 12 years of related work experience
- 4 years of people management experience
- Ability to speak in Japanese
- Mastery in English
- Good leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
- Project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage human capital across multiple teams and locations to drive workforce development and achieve desired results
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills
- Business acumen, technical knowledge, and extensive knowledge in sales processes and systems
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Good understanding of company's policies and processes
- Hybrid work arrangement (average 2 days per week from an HPE office)
