Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, staff, and workflow of the Fiscal Intermediary Intake team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing. Train, coach, and develop staff through performance management, cross-training, and challenging assignments while conducting annual reviews and ongoing feedback. Manage workload distribution, staffing coverage, and escalated participant or provider issues to maintain productivity and operational continuity. Develop, monitor, and report key performance metrics, productivity trends, and quality measures to drive process improvements and technology solutions. Establish departmental goals, maintain procedures, and ensure adherence to MassHealth, PCA Program, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, lead department meetings, and prepare operational updates for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills – telephone skills
- Experience managing operational workflows, productivity metrics, and employee performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and support change management initiatives
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Familiarity with Intake process & PCA program procedures and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Travel to company sites and agencies as required
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
