Supervisor for Financial Reporting, Treasury & Compliance

Monitor daily cash position and liquidity requirements while preparing treasury reports and forecasting cash flows. Ensure timely completion of statutory reporting, coordinate with internal and external auditors, and maintain balance sheet integrity through accurate reconciliations. Oversee account reconciliations for group reporting, prepare variance analysis for management review, and support compliance with legal, regulatory, and accounting standards including IFRS/PFRS. Manage two Accounting Analysts and identify process improvement opportunities to support risk management initiatives. This role requires a CPA with 5–7 years of accounting experience and 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
