Job Summary
Supervisor for Fab Shop - Maintenance role based in Caruthersville, MO, leading quality-related procedures and processes in an industrial environment. Responsible for inspection of incoming raw material, in-process and finished product testing, root cause analysis for non-conformances, and participation in safety initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial environment
- Ability to schedule shop flow and execute plant goals
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to analyze and solve issues pertaining to quality, safety, and production
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a teamwork environment
- Regular and predictable attendance. Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office products required.
