Job Summary
As a Supervisor, Food & Beverage Systems, you will deliver championship service through POS operations and systems, manage gratuity payout processes, and support month-end finance tasks across Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment venues. Responsibilities include creating and deactivating employee accounts, assisting employees, maintaining Excel workbooks for gratuities imports, tracking outstanding payments, answering queries via a shared inbox, updating and sending financial reports in Excel, assisting in POS system management during event nights, creating tickets for POS issues to IT Event Support, and exporting/importing inventory data. You will troubleshoot reporting issues, adhere to Health & Safety standards, and perform other administrative duties. Qualifications emphasize hospitality/F&B experience, strong Excel skills, confidentiality, accuracy under pressure, independence, and excellent interpersonal communication. Availability to work days, weekends, and evenings is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality/food and beverage industry required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Available to work days, weekends and evenings as required
