Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations as part of the Food and Beverage Management team, supervise and motivate staff, monitor sales and performance, and ensure service excellence and adherence to health, safety, and company policies. Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, resolving challenges professionally, applying POS system knowledge, and guiding team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Alaska Food Handler's Card or the ability to obtain certification
- Must have a valid alcohol safety card for the State of Alaska
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs./23kg
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available
- Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status)
