Job Summary
Supervisor Food and Nutrition Services role rotating between morning (5:00 am–1:30 pm) and evening (1:00 pm–9:30 pm) shifts with occasional weekends/holidays; duties include supervising department operations, monitoring patient tray line and cafeteria service, visiting patients, department scheduling and staffing, preparing production sheets, sanitation, opening/closing procedures including cash verification, and overseeing special catering events.
Required Qualifications
- National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association
- Experience in food establishments
- On the job training will be provided
