Job Summary
Supervise and lead the 2nd shift maintenance team, managing daily operations, work flow, and task assignments. Coordinate all maintenance work and repairs, monitor progress and quality, and review driver repair requests to prepare work orders. Perform mechanical duties as needed, monitor replacement parts inventory, and oversee personnel coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations while creating necessary reports. Requires a high school diploma, four years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license. Monday through Friday 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM with occasional Saturdays. This safety-sensitive role includes drug and alcohol testing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 4 years years of relevant work experience
- Driver's License
- Valid Driver's License Upon Hire
- Must be able to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols
- Must be subject to drug and alcohol testing including pre-employment screening, post-incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing
