Job Summary
Onsite Fleet Supervisor leading a 10-12 person team in Meridian, Idaho, overseeing daily tasks of roadside Tow and Battery Technicians, coordinating staffing and vehicle operations, preparing daily work assignments, monitoring service delivery, and coaching a team. Strong leadership, supervisory experience in automotive/transportation fields, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license are required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) bonus. Salary $65,000-$70,000 per year depending on shift and experience.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or 3-5 years relevant experience
- Training and supervisory skills required in related automotive and transportation fields
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills required
- Ability to work with a diverse employee and membership group in an equitable and inclusive manner
- Familiarity with basic automotive and towing operations
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license
