Job Summary
Coordinate daily activities of Tow and Battery Technicians to deliver emergency roadside service; supervise 10-12 employees, prepare daily work assignments, monitor service delays, and assist with service delivery; provide leadership and coaching to the Fleet Services team in a 24/7/365 onsite operation based in Meridian, Idaho. Responsibilities include staffing, vehicle operations coordination, and collaboration with the Fleet Operations Manager to meet service delivery needs; strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills are required, with familiarity in automotive and towing operations. Starting pay ranges with shift-based adjustments and additional pay differentials for bilingual team members.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising a fleet/services team preferred
- College degree preferred or 3-5 years relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license
