Job Summary
Oversee the night-shift TS grind operations to meet production goals and deadlines; supervise daily activities of employees; ensure adherence to safety and quality policies; train, mentor, and motivate employees to enhance team skills and performance; collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency; maintain accurate employee and production records; foster open communication and address workplace issues or conflicts; promote a positive and inclusive work environment by upholding Timken’s core values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Must be eligible to work in the US
