Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the car wash facility by supervising attendants, training new staff on washing techniques and safety, and inspecting vehicles for quality control. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, maintain a clean and safe environment, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Perform assigned tasks to meet business needs while ensuring adherence to company policies and exceptional customer service. Requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, basic computer skills, and strong leadership abilities. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefit packages.
Required Qualifications
