Job Summary
FP&A Supervisor role responsible for business support of Abbott Diabetes Care's Global Marketing & Project Management organizations, including forecasting processes for P&L and capital, and strategic analysis to support business development opportunities. Lead global CapEx and sales forecasting, deliver complete and accurate financial submissions, develop executive-ready presentations, and build ROI analyses for strategic investments. Collaborate with Marketing, Project Management, and Business Development teams to guide decision-making, ensure internal controls and SOX compliance, and enable senior leadership with data-driven insights. This onsite position is located in Alameda, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance or accounting) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of financial experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong verbal and written communications abilities
