Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a designated branch, including but not limited to branch scheduling and employee coaching and training. Provide supervisory overrides where necessary based on personally conducted due diligence and an in-depth knowledge of HFCU policies. Ensure in-branch compliance with service levels and understand all in-branch functions including account opening, loan application processing, and transaction processing. Identify and participate in business development activities and events in the local community; champion the Hanscom Federal Credit Union brand. Achieve branch goals. Complete the Financial Wellness certification program to maintain and apply its principles. Work within the coaching process to help individuals and members change or improve financial behaviors; develop and monitor action plans. Deliver 1:1 individualized and small group coaching sessions via in-person, phone, and video. Proactively follow up with members to ensure action plans have impact and adjust plans as needed. Travel to other branches as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 3-5 years of similar or related financial institution experience
- Ability to complete a designated financial counseling and coaching certification within the timeframe determined based upon HFCU’s training program
