Job Summary
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations while providing guidance and mentorship to crew members. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance crew skills, and troubleshoot equipment, parts, and components using hands-on problem-solving abilities. Conduct thorough site inspections to determine optimal repair sequences for industrial valve equipment, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Accurately complete all necessary documentation, reports, and forms including JSA and vehicle inspections. Adapt to changing priorities and assignments to support team goals. Typically requires overnight travel up to 50% of the time, on-call availability, and overtime when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing
- Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (50 pounds)
- Typically requires overnight travel up to 50% of the time
- Must be able to be on call at times and work overtime when needed
Desired Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 4 years of experience in area of responsibility
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
