Supervisor, Field Service

Lead a team of Technicians across the Southern Region (Melbourne and Adelaide) to deliver high-quality field service, with a focus on timely resolutions, preventive maintenance programs, and strong service support. Manage and evaluate team KPIs to targets within diverse manufacturing environments, while fostering autonomous work habits, collaborating with a broader regional team, and traveling as needed. Familiarity with Fluid Processing systems from mechanical and controls perspectives is advantageous.
