Job Summary
Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth while managing service personnel to ensure they meet customer expectations. Schedule service jobs, assign specific duties, and ensure every technician possesses proper training and certifications. Provide necessary equipment and tools for safe job performance and enforce adherence to all SOPs, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma programs. Assist in customer surveys, review jobs for quotes, and participate in hiring new Field Service Technicians. Track all training records for each technician. Requires an associate's degree and five years of related experience, with the ability to drive company vehicles and work in loud indoor or outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Five (5) or more years of related experience
- Specific knowledge of field service duties
- Ability to work with the team in the field when the need arises
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and productive, driven work ethic
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and clear-headed in an emergency
- Good communication skills
- Willingness and ability to drive company vehicles in alignment with Company policy
- Valid Driver's License
- DOT certification
- Alignment with company drug free workplace requirements
- Alignment with other required customer regulatory requirements
- Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
