Job Summary
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Field Service and Patient Service Representatives, ensuring compliance with Breg standards for patient care, documentation accuracy, and operational processes. Conduct regular field ride-alongs and site visits to observe workflow, provide constructive feedback, and identify performance improvement opportunities. Manage daily scheduling and staffing coverage for customer sites and service routes, ensuring clinical alignment with key performance indicators and protocols. Monitor team productivity through reports and audits, implementing corrective actions and supporting recruiting, hiring, and training initiatives. Drive achievement of KPIs by analyzing performance data, preparing operational reports, and translating insights into action plans for process improvements. Build strong relationships with Sales Teams and external stakeholders to resolve escalated concerns and optimize account workflows. Requires variable hours including nights and weekends, up to 50% travel with overnight stays, and a valid driver's license. Salary range $70,000-$98,700 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field
- 5 years of experience with hands-on experience in orthotics, athletic training, sports medicine, durable medical equipment (DME), or patient care
- 1 year of experience leading and/or managing teams in a field-based, clinical, operational, or healthcare environment, including remote and in-office staff across multiple locations and time zones
- 2 years of experience with standard workflows and procedures in orthopedic clinics or physician offices
- Holds and maintains applicable certification or licensure such as American Board Certification (ABC) Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), Board of Certification (BOC), Athletic Training licensure, Orthopaedic Technologist Certification
- Previous experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Proficient in orthopedic bracing and supply products, as well as the applicable procedures for utilization
- Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams capabilities
- Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems

- Must be flexible to adjust the shift timings and work for extended hours based on business needs, which may include nights and weekends
- Requires travel up to 50%, including regional travel by personal vehicle and domestic air travel as needed
- Out-of-town travel is required, which may include overnight stays up to 5 days at a time
- Required to provide regional coverage for planned and unplanned absences and staffing vacancies, often on short notice, which may include out-of-state travel by car or plane and necessitate overnight stays
- Must possess a valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, and current automobile insurance
- May be required to satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
