Supervisor Field Sales

Job Summary
Lead a sales team of Sales Representatives and Promoters to achieve monthly sales and distribution targets across the FMCG sector in Vietnam. Direct, coach, and motivate the team to meet KPIs and sustain high field performance. Conduct performance reviews, resolve day-to-day operational challenges, and nurture relationships with supermarkets and key clients. Perform daily market checks to maintain in-store execution standards, gather market intelligence on consumer behavior and competitor activity, and coordinate administrative duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma from a recognized College or University
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Solid knowledge of marketing, commerce, and sales practices within FMCG
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and sustain productive relationships with customers and clients
- Proven leadership capability with effective time management skills to coach, guide, and develop a field sales team
