Job Summary
Field HR Supervisor provides consultative support to management across organizational training, performance management, health and safety, compliance, compensation/benefits, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, workforce planning, and unemployment cost control. May supervise specialists and administrative staff and cover territories outside domiciled location with travel. Responsibilities include coaching on policy/procedures, driving organizational change, fostering relationships with service centers, management, recruiting organizations, and external customers, implementing compliant HR processes, guiding labor policy, identifying training needs, and managing local HR spend. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided. The role emphasizes applying federal, state, and local regulations, diverse and inclusive practices, and data analysis to assess candidate readiness and development.
