Job Summary
Monitor and lead field performance requirements to meet or exceed established installation and service benchmarks. Execute quality of work inspections, coach technicians on installations, and ensure compliance with uniform and safety policies. Support telecommunication installation activities while conducting field visits, inspecting tools and equipment, and completing required documentation for health, safety, quality assurance, and vehicle maintenance. Act as the liaison between technicians, operations support, and customers to resolve inquiries. Present training courses for new employees and process updates to the team. Assist the Field Manager with customer issues and drive an inclusive culture to promote equity and career progression. Based in Calgary, Alberta, with travel to surrounding areas required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel as required
- Must provide a clear driver's abstract on an annual basis
- Must be able to train new team members on material provided
- Must be able to update existing team members on processes and procedures in their region
- Must monitor and lead all field performance requirements to meet or exceed established Installation and Service benchmarks
- Must execute quality of work inspections
- Must coach technicians on quality installations
- Must ensure the Health & Safety of themselves, their team and all customers
- Must ensure all Technicians comply with uniform and safety policies
- Must act as the liaison between Field Technicians, Operations Support, and end users of customers of a contractual obligation
- Must conduct field visits with technicians as required
- Must complete all required documentation for Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Vehicle Maintenance purposes
- Must ensure all tools and equipment are inspected on a regular basis and are kept in good working condition
- Must assist Field Manager with customer issues, inquiries and resolution
- Must drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging
- Must have Excellent Customer Service skills, both internally and externally
- Must be Technically inclined with a desire to learn
- Must have Demonstrated leadership skills
- Must have Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have Strong organization & time management skills
- Must have Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Desired Qualifications
- Installation, troubleshooting, and repair experience with TV, Internet, phone, and fibre services
- Experience in in-home sales, particularly within TV, Internet, or home security services
