Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day facility operations in an ambulatory setting, directing staff and contract personnel on building maintenance, physical security, and safety; manages facility-related projects including departmental planning, staff relocations, and space configurations; supervises daily tasks and analyzes metrics to improve facilities processes; serves as ADA Coordinator for the affiliate; requires HS diploma or GED and at least 5 years of relevant experience; strong knowledge of shop tools, refrigeration and hydraulics, computers, basic electrical test equipment, and the ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 5 years of recent relevant experience
- Knowledge of operating shop tools, stationary and portable shop tools
- Understanding of refrigeration, hydraulics, computers, and basic electrical test equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Experience working with electrical, mechanical, and other complex systems
- Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks independently without supervision
