Supervisor - Facility Maintenance (Facilities)

Job Summary
Manage mechanical, electrical, and building repairs including HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and automation systems while occasionally performing hands-on tasks. Schedule and oversee team members for daily maintenance, coordinate work requests through Limble, and maintain accurate PM records. Conduct monthly facility inspections, enforce safety protocols, and lead team meetings to address performance and operational issues. Monitor the maintenance budget, order janitorial supplies, and perform accident investigations within 24 hours of incidents. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years in facility maintenance, and experience with automation. Based in a warehouse/office environment with travel to other company facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in Facility Maintenance
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be able to travel to other company facilities as needed
- Must be able to move easily throughout the warehouse, grounds, and offices
- Must be able to be at heights using an elevated lift and two-person scissor lift
- Must be able to properly use fall protection when using elevated lift platform and two-person scissors lift
- Must be able to unload and move up to 50 lbs of material, such as mulch bags, fertilizer, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous management/supervisory and experience working with automation preferred
