Supervisor-Facilities Management

Supervisor-Facilities Management overseeing daily operations of the Facilities Management department on-site in Southaven, MS; mentors and trains staff, plans work schedules, assigns duties, ensures policy/system adherence, and monitors quality and timely completion of work. Responsible for budget input and oversight, procurement, service agreements, and achieving budgetary targets; communicates effectively with customers to resolve issues, ensures regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, OSHA, FDA, ADA, etc.), drives process improvements, staffing adjustments to meet workload, and acts as the primary change agent for staff while coaching and developing team members. Participates in personnel actions (performance appraisals, corrective actions, timecards) and department committees; cultivates professional growth and ensures orientation and training for new and current team members.
