Job Summary
Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance oversees the coordination of activities to maintain physical structures, mechanical and electrical systems, and grounds in a safe, operative condition within Plant Operations and Maintenance; requires ability to read schematics/blueprints, interpret CAD drawings, and apply life-safety codes while leading a team and delivering high-quality customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience
- Five (5) years of related building maintenance experience with emphasis on maintenance, repair and semi-skilled craftsman of various building trades, including plumbing, electrical and painting
- Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent
- Training: Sound working knowledge of and ability to interpret technical schematics, CAD drawings, blueprints, and equipment manufacturer's technical information; Knowledge of The Joint Commission Environment of Care codes, OSHA, OSHPD and NFPA Life Safety Code
- Licensure: None required
