Plan, assign, and supervise facility staff performing maintenance, HVAC, electrical and plumbing work; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (JCAHO, local, state, federal); coordinate large-scale renovations with project managers; hire, train, and evaluate staff; provide safety training and guidance; manage work orders, materials, and documentation; collaborate with requesting entities to resolve issues and determine feasibility of modifications or repairs.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum three years of supervisory experience in facilities and engineering or a related field preferred
- A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off site location
