Supervisor (f/m/d) Maritime Activities

Coordinate operational deployment of PSV, CTV, AHTS, and Guard Vessel types across all project phases while managing daily communication between vessel crews, technical departments, client Marine Operations Centers, and internal teams. Prepare, review, and maintain RAMS documentation in accordance with project requirements and standards. Manage vessel registration and mobilization to ensure all certifications remain complete and up to date. Conduct offshore visits for quality inspections, verify compliance with procedures, and support the Bremen OPS Team in planning and execution. Fluent in German and English with maritime and offshore qualifications required. Some travel in the Netherlands, Germany, and other project-dependent countries is necessary.
