Job Summary
Coordinate and execute all in-store marketing events, brand-led activations, and experiential retail programs in collaboration with the Store Resource Team, Brand Partners, and Marketing Team. Oversee daily visual merchandising standards across the store, ensuring brand displays, campaigns, and planograms are current and optimized to drive sales. Manage the Retreat space operations, including utilization strategies, service bookings, and inventory replenishment for supplies and equipment. Act as the lead on event days, coordinating set-up, troubleshooting on-site issues, and briefing vendors, influencers, and staff to ensure seamless client experiences. Own the impulse merchandising program at cash wrap locations, analyze sell-through results, and recommend product placement adjustments. Monitor event performance KPIs including traffic, conversion, and ROI, then report findings to leadership for future optimization. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
