Supervisor

Supervisor role overseeing electrical/mechanical/plumbing system maintenance (including air conditioning, UPS, CRAC, switching equipment, alarms, BMS, access control, fire systems, water/wastewater, clean water, and AV/PA systems); lead and coordinate the maintenance team, ensure tasks are executed per guidelines; handle on-site client requests and complaints, perform daily system and facility checks, and oversee preventive maintenance and planned maintenance with vendors; support projects, internal moves, and electrical isolation activities; respond to system alarms and emergencies; produce incident reports and assist with root-cause analysis; ensure high professional standards and customer service; manage client invoicing, overtime calculations, and other role-related tasks.
