Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of enrollment and benefits application analysts for the Epic Systems Tapestry platform, overseeing accurate enrollment and benefits data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering timely issue resolution. Primary responsibilities include serving as the technical expert for enrollment/benefits processing within Tapestry, collaborating with internal teams to implement workflow optimizations, planning and executing strategic objectives with the Managed Care/IT leadership, developing user-friendly documentation and best practices, and guiding team performance through coaching, standups, and performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare enrollment and benefits processing
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position
- Proficiency with the Epic Systems Tapestry application is required
- Epic Certification in Benefits Admin and/or Eligibility & Enrollment Admin
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance preferred
