Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department within the hospital; supervise and coordinate the activities of environmental services staff to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school Diploma or equivalent
- In lieu of education, at least 2 years lead or leadership experience may be considered
- Experience: 2 years environmental services experience
- Prior floor care experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent
- Experience: One-year previous work experience in a leadership role
- Physical Requirements: push, pull, lift 50 lbs; prolonged standing and walking; grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, squat
