Job Summary
Lead and supervise environmental services staff on the night shift in a healthcare facility, ensuring service and quality goals are met. Manage daily cleaning as well as projects including carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving services; handle shift management and scheduling; collaborate with other leaders and promote growth within the department. Onsite in La Crosse, WI.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field
- License/ Certification: valid driver's license
- Ability to work 3rd shift, 10:00pm-6:30am with rotating weekends and holidays
