Supervisor

Provide direct supervision and coordination to assigned crews, managing personnel, equipment, and subcontractors for assigned work. Perform hazard recognition to remove workplace hazards and ensure sites meet DOT, EPA, and OSHA requirements. Develop and train employees, prepare work lists for setup and decontamination, and initiate corrective actions for unsafe conditions or unsatisfactory performance. Submit accurate job service receipts and logs, maintain equipment in good condition, and monitor team morale. Maintain working knowledge of applicable regulations and a problem-solving attitude to procure additional work.
