Job Summary
Supervisor - Employee Health role at St. Mary’s Healthcare focusing on coordinating and managing employee health programs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing employee health programs, coordinating clinics for respiratory protection and vaccinations, managing data entry and records including OSHA documentation, ensuring HIPAA privacy and regulatory compliance, assisting associates with health records requests, tracking care coordination activities, and supporting the Human Resources team with new-hire health requirements. Requirements include RN nursing diploma, NY RN license, BLS certification, and at least 5 years of supervision experience; BSN preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing
- BLS
- BSN preferred
- 5 years of supervisor experience
- Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English
