Job Summary
Supervisor Electromechanical Production at Johnson & Johnson will lead and coordinate the electromechanical production team in Halethorpe, MD, ensuring daily production schedules are met, GMP compliance is maintained, and continuous improvement initiatives are driven. The role involves directing production personnel, managing cross-functional interactions with purchasing, maintenance, facilities, production engineering, and quality control, maintaining training plans and documentation, leading lean initiatives, supporting validation testing and launch activities, and delivering performance against safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Requirements include a High School degree (Associate degree or higher in a technical field preferred), 2 years of supervisory experience, 5 years of manufacturing experience, GMP knowledge, lean/kaizen expertise, strong communication, and SAP proficiency.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years related experience in Manufacturing
- Quality Assurance experience & knowledge of GMP required
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Ability to communicate clearly (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of SAP desired
