Job Summary
Supervise HVAC electrical installation activities at project sites, managing foremen, electricians, and helpers to ensure safe and efficient execution. Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, and monitor progress for equipment including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, and ventilation systems. Oversee power cable pulling, glanding, termination, and insulation testing while coordinating with QA/QC for inspections and closure. Support pre-commissioning, functional testing, and system troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and permit-to-work systems. Review daily progress reports and verify material availability. Willing to work in remote locations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision
- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical systems and industrial electrical installations
- Knowledge of AHU, FCU, chiller, pump, fan, and ventilation system electrical connections
- Willingness to work in remote locations as required
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
- Effective communication skills
