Job Summary
Oversee Title XIX program staff, including case managers and aides, by providing direct supervision, conducting interviews and hiring, and managing training and compliance with Aging and Long-Term Care of Eastern Washington and Aging and Long-Term Services Administration requirements. Review and document functional assessments using the State's CARE system, ensure equitable caseload distribution, and compile data on training needs and program trends. Manage personnel issues such as performance evaluations and disciplinary measures, while communicating state policy updates to staff and maintaining relationships with external agencies like Adult Protective Services. Assign tasks to meet deadlines, attend management meetings, and serve as senior manager for the Raschko building when needed. Requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or health sciences, two to five years of social service experience, and a valid driver's license. Starting salary is $35.51 per hour with benefits including 26 days of PTO and a 403b retirement plan.

- Must apply for a Counselor Agency Affiliated – Registered credential from the WA State Department of Health within 30 days of hire

- Knowledge of Aging and Long-Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW)
- Knowledge of Aging and Long-Term Services Administration (ALTSA)
- Knowledge of relevant Washington Administrative Codes and statutes pertaining Title XIX programs
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds, trauma experiences, cultures, education level and socio-economic status
- The ability to drive a vehicle
