Job Summary
Supervise team members in their area of responsibility and consult with management to improve services. Follow established Parkhurst and client policies, uphold standards, and coach staff on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives. Maintain presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction, resolve problems, and communicate findings to leadership. May assist in purchasing foods and supplies. Requires six or more years of professional experience with four in food service; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred. Offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and 20% discount at all brands.
Required Qualifications
- Six or more years of professional experience
- Four or more years in a food service role
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience
- Supervisory and team management skills desirable
