Job Summary
Supervise team members in their area of responsibility while consulting with management to improve services. Follow established Parkhurst and client policies, uphold standards, and coach staff on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives. Maintain presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction levels and resolve problems, communicating findings to management. May assist in purchasing foods and supplies. Requires six or more years of professional experience with four or more in food service, a preferred degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management, and strong organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- Six or more years of professional experience

- Ability to perform basic math calculations
