Job Summary
Supervisor of customer service agents responsible for coordinating and developing a world-class customer service team, supervising and coaching staff, answering questions about services, entering and analyzing data for performance metrics, handling customer complaints, auditing processes, and ensuring adherence to SOPs within a global transport and logistics environment. Requires supervisory experience, interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to manage staffing, training, and performance to meet objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred
- Generally prefer 0-2 years of related supervisory experience
