Job Summary
Supervisor overseeing warehouse operations, labor management, and planning of inbound/outbound activities, product slotting, and customer communication. Responsible for staffing, training, performance appraisals, scheduling, and assigning daily work; ensures adherence to safety, quality, and cost objectives. Develops systems for managing operations, equipment, and products, and implements cost-saving measures. Drives KPI achievement, provides leadership and coaching, supports HR activities, and ensures SOP compliance. Requires HS diploma/GED, 3 years in logistics/distribution, 1 year supervisory experience, forklift training, and proficiency with RF scanners and WMS; ability to work nights and weekends; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
- Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation (preferred)
- Proficiency with RF Scanners and WMS
