Job Summary
Manage day-to-day parking operations at assigned locations, ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines and company policies. Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment, report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager, and perform cleanup tasks for debris and spills. Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, local streets, landmarks, and freeways while courteously assisting customers and participating in programs to improve satisfaction. Substitute for any position as necessary. Requires a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
