Job Summary
Manage day-to-day parking operations at assigned locations, ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines and company policies while fostering positive client relations. Assist with facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and cleanup tasks such as debris removal and spill management. Report observed accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager and substitute for other positions as needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, local streets, landmarks, and freeways. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Full-time role in Minneapolis with a salary of $22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimal month related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
