Job Summary
Manage day-to-day parking operations at assigned locations, ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines and company policies while fostering positive client relations. Assist with facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and cleanup tasks such as debris removal and spill management. Report observed safety hazards, policy violations, or accidents to the Facility Manager and substitute for other positions as needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, local streets, landmarks, and freeways. This role is based in West Palm Beach, FL, and requires a valid driver's license with a clean record. Candidates must be able to sit, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. Salary is $19.14 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimal month related experience or training
