Job Summary
Supervisor, Donor Outreach responsible for leading and coordinating a Customer Service team in Vitalant's Donor Outreach function. Oversees daily activities to achieve defined goals, develops daily call plans using forecasts and schedules, monitors call quality, provides feedback and coaching, investigates donor complaints, and compiles monthly evaluations and standard reports. Requires ability to hire, supervise, train, and evaluate staff; and to inspire donors to schedule donations. Schedule expectations include various shifts (Sun-Thurs, Mon-Fri, or Tues-Sat) with a 10:15am-7:15pm window (Arizona Time). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of related call center experience to include One year of Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques required
- Knowledge of blood banking telemarketing techniques preferred
