Supervisor -

Lead the Live Sales team during livestream programs; supervise Hosts, Auctioneers, Curators, Prep, and Fulfillment; ensure livestreams are organized, operationally prepared, and customer-ready; monitor team productivity, pacing, engagement, and show execution; assist with achieving KPIs including revenue, conversion, AOV, and units sold; support scheduling, task delegation, workflow organization, and inter-team communication; partner with merchandising, inventory, fulfillment, and production to support business needs; assist with inventory flow, replenishment, organization, and operational accuracy; troubleshoot real-time operational challenges during live programming; support onboarding, training, coaching, and development of team members; ensure company standards, operational processes, and customer experience expectations are maintained; maintain strong understanding of Dolls Kill product categories, promotions, and brand voice.
