Job Summary
Lead the Document Administration sub-team by providing daily oversight of Assignments, Lien Release, Collateral, File Center, MERS, and Transaction Management functions. Organize workflows, ensure employee compliance training, and resolve borrower and client escalations to guarantee accurate reporting and timely communication. Set performance goals, conduct vendor reviews against SLAs, and update SharePoint sites and policies with Manager support. Manage confidential mortgage data while maintaining strong vendor and inter-departmental relationships. Requires 6+ years in mortgage document administration and on-site presence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ years' experience in Document Administration in Mortgage Servicing or similar field
- Prior year performance evaluation of 3.5 or better
- Direct Supervisor recommendation
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of all Document Administration functions
- Proven experience as a supervisor or other relevant leadership role
- General mortgage servicing and mortgage document knowledge
- General resource and pipeline management skills
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional, ethical manner
- Strong borrower-facing communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, co-workers, etc.
- Superior professional communication skills – written & verbal
- Superior time management skills & ability to respond to vendor/inter-departmental requests in a timely fashion
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and achieve volume goals and performance standards
- Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality
- Ability to learn and execute multiple job functions
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to merge, summarize and present data using excel functions such as pivot tables and formulas
- Research & analytical skills to comprehend applicable state laws
- Superior written and verbal communication and follow up skills as well as a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to multi-task and well organized
- Entry level SQL skills
- Smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Okta Verify and Microsoft Authenticator
- On-site availability (not a remote role)

- Associates or bachelor's degree
- Technical writing experience
