Job Summary
Lead logistics and distribution operations of the laboratory; support the Operations Manager with organizational goals and objectives, including developing and inspiring your team of employees. Manage departmental resources, optimize processes, and maximize profitability. Interact with a variety of clients and commit to customer-focused service. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control. Location: Dallas, TX; Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (With oversite of a 24/7 Facility). This role requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and physical ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision
- Physical capability of regular standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting (up to 50lbs)
- Bonus points: completion of some college level courses
- Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
