Job Summary
Supervises multiple departments within the distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Provides direction and motivation to warehouse associates while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality. Monitors productivity, balances workload to meet production and delivery goals, provides training and tools for safe and efficient task completion, serves as a point of contact for escalated issues, identifies process improvements to enhance DC performance and inventory management, ensures clean work areas and compliance with safety policies, and completes productivity reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a distribution center
- 2+ years in a lead or mentorship role
- Experience supervising multiple warehouse departments
- Ability to supervise safety, productivity, and quality
- Ability to train and mentor warehouse associates
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Overnight travel less than 10% of the time
